We walked from getting off the ferry, it took us about 15 minutes. Pretty flat except for 1 decent flight of stairs which we managed with our large suitcases.

The vicinity of the airport, when you arrive in the night you can easily find the hotel, the reception desk is open 24/7 and the day as well as the night staff is pleasant and helpful. If you have a room with seaview as we had, you can spot planes from your balcony or even from the bed. The noise of the planes is not disturbing, you can sleep well. Breakfast was very pleasant on the terrace near the pool, is served 7-10, but we were offered some refreshment even earlier.
