The place is great, but beware of the scams - shoes scam, horses scam, gondola queue jumping scam, and a long queue for entry to the gondola. I dont know if I will get a refund for the cancelled part of phase 2 of gondola ride.RajeevIndia

Absolutely stunning place , what's best is for people who love to trek there's a trekking point for where you get an amazing view and to top it off they give you a free pony ride. We stayed there for 2 nights and the staff was very polite and the food was very delicious. I'd recommend this place to anyone who's visiting Gulmarg!!AbhishekIndia

Excellent views of snow covered mountains from our both cabins. Room cleanliness and comfort was exceptional. More than value for money. Best stay that we had in Kashmir. Restaurant was closeby, we got a good hot breakfast there.

Firdous our cottage caretaker took very good care of us, he was very friendly and helpful. The food was 8/10 … pretty good. The cottage was very clean and has facilities for a comfy stay.
