We enjoyed a lovely, clean, large room, with a beautiful balcony that overlooked il centro storico of Avellino. Marco responded instantly to our messages and his directions for check-in were crystal clear and easy to follow. He was most accommodating and kind. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to stay in Avellino.

The property was exactly how it was described. Luca was very helpful in making our stay successful. We did not speak Italian and he worked hard to have our communication go smoothly! He was available immediately when we arrived (even though we did not give him advanced notice) and even came back quickly when we had a small issue that he immediately fixed. Their was also a small kitchenette that was very useful, with a microwave and hot water pot! Both were great for us! I also felt very safe with the 3 doors to our room. Overall, I think the property was very good and a very good value.

Centralissimo is only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Avellino. This city is amazing, very clean, the streets are wide and very safe days or nights. Avellino is great for eating out having a multitude of restaurants and Bars, the price for eating out are unbelievable affordable, and the Bars are competing to charge the Lowest price. I turned up with my sister who leaves about 1 drive away from this place and asked the host, Anna-Maria if my sister can stay over my place. She would only allow if my sister showed up her ID. I explained to Anna Maria that it would take at least 2 hours for my sister to drive home and back to bring the ID and asked her if we can stay for one night without it, but she repeatedly refused it. In the end I've decided to drive to my sister's home and stay there as there was no point for us driving back.ArkadyUnited Kingdom

He introduced me to the property: all was good, though he left me a mobile contact number just in case. Didn't need it! The location was good for taking the bus, not sure about where the train station was (we never used it). It was close to the Pedestrian center and many restaurants. The people at the front desk were very helpful when we asked questions. There is a Great bakery on the first floor of the hotel and they serve coffee and beer as well as pastries.
