the room was clean and good. the bathroom was new so it was very comfortable to shower in. Jamal from the reception was very kind and helped me great! he helped me with getting a taxi really fast so the service was great!

The apartment is reasonably spacious, and everything works as it should. Its location is just a brief walk to the tram that takes you directly into the ancient city of Venice. There are some very good restaurants within walking distance, and the highly recommended Caffe Concerto just a 10 minute walk for a first class evening meal. There are lots of smaller snack bars and such like in the area, and the super market is just 5 minutes walk. The apartment was very clean and all the furnishings were in very good clean condition. It was a good location from which to visit the City on a daily basis, at a very reasonable price.

I was there only for one night because early in the morning...
I was there only for one night because early in the morning we had to flight home. The only place that we visited (for only two hours) was the city of Venezia. Then, I do not have anything to comment about the Favaro Veneto area.AAnonymousIsrael

Super location, five minutes from crossroads where you get the T1 tram directly into Venice in under 30 minutes. (Trams run until after midnight.) I bought a three-day travel pass from the nearby Tabacchi, for travel to/from hotel, on/off vaporetti (water buses), all around the Lido (great beaches), and out to the islands. Well worth the €40.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, not easy to walk to places but a very welcome respite after exploring crowded Venice for a day. Would definitely recommend!
