Extremely friendly owners, even though they don't speak much English, we managed well enough with Google translate! They gave me plenty of space to be alone per my request and even let me check out at an absurdly early time, since I had booked a train way too early. The Price is also very cheap, considering the room is only ~40minutes of public transit away from the city center of Milan.

It is in a location where you can find supermarkets (walking distance) and easy to como and Milan. Fabio was great in responding to our questions right away. We stayed during a stat holiday in Italy and everything was closed, the host helped us find our way around so that was nice to know that someone was there to assist us. The staff was very polite and smiling, the room very clean and the bed was very comfortable, I could have stayed even more :-) They even accepted our big dog without any problem for which I'm very thankful because it's not easy to find a hotel that accepts big dogs. The green areas around the parking lot were overgrown, it really looked like the facility was shut down. It happened that there were no cars in the parking lot. Once inside, the hotel is very nice, clean. The beds did not have traditional mattresses. Though comfortable for me, my friend did not find it comfortable.
