Very close to the bus station, 15 minute ride to Venice, the room was clean, the staff was very helpful. They allow storing luggage for free. Overall we were very satisfied. Good value for money. They clean rooms every day and put fresh towels. Very good shower pressure!

Fading elegance. Huge rooms, huge bed, period furniture. Great shower. Balcony. Secure parking behind keycoded gate. Not too far to local bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the train station. A thoughtful touch was a bottle opener left at reception. Really liked this place although the complete absence of staff is a little odd!

The management was very accommodating.
The management was very accommodating. They gave us space to snack and visit with our friends and provided us with water. We were blessed and appreciative, especially since we didn’t feel up to going out.
Also, in the morning, the croissants were freshly made for us and the chef was willing to bake another for me if I had the time to wait.
Also, one in our group was ill and the management allowed her to stay longer while the rest of us toured.
VERY accommodating!!!!!!

Close enough to Venice, and decent and reasonably priced restaurants. Almost nothing to do or see, it can be a drag to have to commute to Venice. Not recommended for couples, maybe more a place for families or bigger groups to save some money over staying in Venice.

Quiet residential neighborhood not at all far from central Venice. One bus will take you to one of the main transit hubs and you can walk to all the canals from there. Highly recommended if you're looking for somewhere that's less touristy and more affordable if you're not afraid of figuring out public transit in an unfamiliar city.

Very convenient for Venice if staying on the island is too...
Very convenient for Venice if staying on the island is too expensive. Trains take you to the centre and seem to be every ten minutes well into the night so you can fully experience the wonders. Marghera has bars and shops too for an early morning coffee. Quieter than Venice too.

Marghera is a nice, silent city close to Venice.
Marghera is a nice, silent city close to Venice. Our target was to visit Venice with family, and Marghera was a good choice to have a rest after a long day :) The public transport was really great, only 15 minutes to Venice. There are nice, cheap restaurants in Marghera and lovely coffee shops as well. Liked to stay here.
We liked the attention of the owner, who was very attentive to our neeed and provided us with exactly information about the best way to reach Venice. The location, that is in a quiet neighborhood, which is comfortable for senior people and is a walkable distance from the train station. Also close there are some supermarkets, there is a bar where you can buy the transport tickets for Venice and the bus stop for going to Venice, to the Piazzale Roma is located like 5 min walking from the hotel. All was pretty good for us.
The staff was extremely welcoming: they were attentive to our needs and requests, responsive to your inquiries, and provided assistance when needed. At breakfast, the staff was willing to go the extra mile and that has made a significant difference in creating a welcoming environment and joyful start of the day ( often not found in other hotels!!! where the staff gets grumpy and becomes unwelcoming because you arrive in the breakfast room 15 minutes before the closing time).
Well connected to Venice via bus!
If you are traveling through Italy with your motorbike and want to visit Venice for one or two nights, this hotel is the place to be for you!
+ Secured parking for vehicles. A gate will be opened and closed.
+ Direct Bus connection to Venice (Line 6L) for 1,50€ per drive.
+ Tasty breakfast and a wonderful coffee in the morning
+ The staff really tries to make it a good time for you and your loved ones. They even buy the bus tickets for you.
My recommendation.
The breakfast was incredible: a huge selection of homemade food (from bread to sweets and beyond). Personally, I would say it is even better than in some hotels I visited before.
Emilia and her mum are super welcoming and supportive & flexible regardless which request we had. The location is great to take public transport to Venice island (only a 10-15mins ride). Overall we enjoyed the stay a lot and we would recommend the B&B to others!
Stefano was very helpful in providing information about getting around in the area and which busses to take where. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The free wifi was fast. The washing machine was a bonus after being on holiday for 14 days already! MEGA Marghera supermarket just around the corner is huge and the prices are good. If we ever go toe Venice again, we will stay at Noemi House again!
Great breakfast, very helpful staff. Great location and value considering it’s a 15 minute drive from Venice and the prices of Venice could be quite expensive. They offered us a parking spot for 20 euro a day (also a cheaper hourly rate) from quickly looking at other parking signs I seen that was a bargain. Then took this above ground train right to the main Roma square.
The location (in Marghera) is good, served by a tram [T2, Mestre (Centre)/Marghera] and several buses [6/6L/…, Venezia Piazzale Roma], just around the corner.
The host was great and helpful, and made me feel welcome at arrival.
Overall pretty good value to price ratio, I guess. (A big and cheap room, near Venice.)
We particularly enjoyed the location in Marghera with a good connection to Venice by train. The apartment with a shared bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable. The option to check-out independently was great, too, because we had to leave early in the morning.
Very pleasant small hotel in Marghera, located few minutes from bus stop to center of Venice (15 minutes drive), tickets possible to buy in the hotel. Room was spacious, breakfast good, stuff great. Ideal place to visit Venice. Old fashioned, which is charming.
The location is good, there is a shuttle bus and it costs 10 euros for 2 people in both directions and it stops right in front of the hotel. The bungalows are very nice and the front porch is well thought out.
Nice new hotel with friendly staff and spacious rooms. Plenty of choice with the buffet breakfast but a bit more limited with the evening menu. The rooms were clean and quiet.
Bus links to Venice were great.
Hotel was close to the bus stop going into Venice. Staff was very helpful and room was very comfortable. Great variety for breakfast. Hotel was good for our one night stay connecting by train.
Nice small room in a hotel very close to the train station and bus connections to Venice. The bed was ideally hard, though not too hard. The staff are friendly and there's a decent breakfast.
Very nice staff giving good recommendations: we could leave our car in the street in front of the hotel for free and go to Venice by bus instead of paying an expensive parking at the station.
Very clean. Friendly staff and well maintained. Location is good if you're transiting through Venice airport as the hotel is close to airport and Venice city center by direct bus.
Good location, nice staff, clean spacious room, and good breakfast. Compared to average hotel prices in Italy in tourist areas, this is a good deal. Highly recommended
