The front desk staff was super helpful. I am a very broken Italian speaker and they were able to secure a taxi for me in Mezzano and accommodated my early check in as I transferred from a different hotel. Food was delicious, staff was super helpful.

Everything was very good. front Desk Persons very nice and provide all info we needed. Ski buss station 100m from Hotel.
We had a Breakfast Option only but Food was excellent I hope we are going to use the same Hotel at next Visit
