I like the friendly stuff that drove and picked us up every day at the bottom of the hill because we are not advanced skiiers and were not able to ski on the red slope which is the closest to the hotel. Also, I really appreciate that the stuff made a romantic dinner and atmosphere one day with candle lights. The food was absolutely amazing. We had carpaccio, rib-eye steak and other amazing dishes.

Simply great place, highly recommended! It is renowned for exceptional meals - we ended up having there not only breakfast (as initially intended) but also dinner every day. The staff are excellent; their attention to detail (for example, arranging a small surprise for my friend's birthday) made our stay definitely memorable.
The rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. Small but lovely wellness area, atmospheric common area, perfect location... We'll definitely come back if we ever visit Kronberg-area again.

This was a great location with easy drives to Lago Braies (...
This was a great location with easy drives to Lago Braies (30 min) and Tre Cime (one hour). The town itself was small, but filled with restaurants and shops. The views were beautiful. And while we played golf at Alta Badia (one hour drive and best views), there is a golf course right around the corner from this hotel that looks pretty great as well. The area was a great home base to go to many different popular sites.
A nice mountain hotel in Alpine style - basic rooms, but clean and spacious. Nice terrace and garden to sit in, the bar is always open to have a coffee or a beer. Breakfast is fine, dinner is adequate, you can take it if you don't feel like driving down to the villages below. It's a bit of a remote location, you have to drive on a small narrow road to get there, but on the other hand that does make it a great place to start several hikes. Staff is friendly.
Whole concept of a mountain hotel at a ski slope is nice. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Great cocktails, good tasty food. Nice experience with people at reception, bar, around the hotel.
Ski-in/out, you need to walk just a few steps. Good spacious ski room with lockers.
Be ready for winter road conditions while driving uphill. We loved that :-)
Made our trip SO easy! Wonderful, helpful staff, ample parking, ski lockers with boot warmers at the entrance, free ski bus right outside the hotel every 20 minutes, beautiful pool with glass lounge area overlooking the village,, Saunax3, jacuzzi, cold plunge shower, complimentary afternoon tea, excellent breakfast AND dinner included. Loved it all!
The staff were accommodating and had many recommendations for us. the location was awesome and it was a perfect setting for our family. There were many things for our girls to do (playground, looking at the animals, joining us in the spa) which made it so enjoyable for all of us!
The hotel is very modern and well maintained.
The rooms are very big including a kitchen with everything you could possibly need if you plan to cook your own food. There's a parking space reserved for hotel guests and it's in close proximity to many attractions in the area.
Everything! The hotel, food, pool and spa facilities were fantastic. The decor stylish and the ambience warm & welcoming. The staff were friendly yet professional and couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was perfect. We felt 100% spoilt and would definitely stay again
The hotel was just what we needed for our one-night stay in the area: clean; friendly and helpful owners; good breakfast; very nice wellness facilities, and good location in a quaint, quiet town.
