The staff were beyond lovely. So friendly and helpful. Tv and fridge in room was a bonus. Free breakfast was great. Pool lovely and a nice temperature.

The staff are very attentive.
I arrived at this hotel at 12:00 as I had changed my planned accommodation at short notice. Originally we were supposed to check in at 14:00, but they were happy to let us in.
I was especially indebted to Mr Nai, Mr Vanny ,Ms Phen and Mr Solin.
They were very helpful and friendly.
I was worried about travelling alone, but they made the trip very enjoyable!

The staff really make this hotel. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel cared for and at home, almost like family. The rooms have a traditional yet modern feel to them. Great shower pressure and all the linens were pristine. I used their laundry service and they listened and followed my requests. My clothes came back smelling lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
