Exceptional service by all the staffs at Marino, this is from the doorman to the hotel manager. I had a situation need to leave late to the airport, I have extended my room till 7pm and I was with my little kid at lobby, the hotel manager Ramsheed saw us while I was giving the compliment about the service we get at the hotel and happy to extend the stay till 9pm. This what I refer as ‘going an extra miler’ to provide exceptional customer service. I travelled in last 8 months to 7 countries and stayed over 10 hotels. This was the best experience for our family.

Room was good with other facilities for example furniture's, electric equipment's ect... and room space and customer service is appreciated. ,It was tiny and clean. When we move to the location, it is locate in friendly environment and is bit away from the Colombo city is good.
