Second time staying here. Great staff. I had to phone after 2 am as i lost my instructions about the room and the lady who answered was great and didn't show any bad feelings being woken up.

Everything is fine! The location is in the real natural environment near the mountains. And the mountains are much similar to Swiss ones. Hope to visit in summer one more time - should be even more incredible.
