The best part of this hotel was the staff. They really made us feel special. When we checked in, my husband gave them his passport - it was his birthday. Later at dinner, the staff all said Happy Birthday to him and treated us to a glass of wine. We loved the private spa room as well as the outdoor hot pools. Our room was large and the bathroom even had 2 sinks which was great. The hotel was across the street from a river with both car and suspension bridges - nice for taking in views of the river. There was an observation deck on the 9th floor with beautiful views of the mountains. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Everything in the room was clean. I really wished that we had planned to stay a second night.
