Had an authentic and delicious Mexican dinner at La Cabana del Tequila. Breakfast at the Yankee Doodle Café was less welcoming to anyone who was not a Fox News enthusiast, Trump supporter or in favor of even the most modest gun violence reduction regulations. Sexist and misogynistic "humor" was also prominent on café and bathroom walls.

I had a great view from my room. The room was very clean. Otherwise, I don’t have much else positive to say. The rooms are tiny and old. The walls are paper thin—I knew what was happening in all my neighbors lives, especially the drunks from the property bar who came stumbling in at midnight and couldn’t unlock the room. No vent in the bathroom so shower before you take care of business. Choose somewhere else.

Our stay was for one night only.
Our stay was for one night only. We were traveling from Jackson Hole to Garden City, Utah. The hotel is an older facility but has beautiful grounds and is well maintained. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that, considering the price, a breakfast should have been included.

Alpine is a really small town which is what I grew up around. It is not for those who want to live life in the fast lane. You will really enjoy Alpine if you like the lake, fishing, rafting, small town atmosphere.

Alpine is one the cool small towns of the Amazing Star...
Alpine is one the cool small towns of the Amazing Star Valley Wyoming. It's on the Northern end of the valley, only about 45 miles south of Jackson. Beautiful mountains, pine and aspen forests. Star Valley is home to good, friendly people. My wife and and I this part of Wyoming and will definitely visit many more times in the future1
The room was really large and clean with a comfortable bed. Wifi/cable/ac/heater worked great. It opened up right to a beautiful mini garden with a waterfall next to an outdoor dining area. I found little details like that throughout the property gave it a very homey feel. Everyone I encountered was also very nice. Very pet friendly and beautiful spot by the river with an even more gorgeous drive into Jackson, Grand Teton and Yellowstone. I couldn't have asked for a better stay at a reasonable price.
This resort/hotel was on a beautiful river in the middle of some of the prettiest land you'll ever see. We had a quiet stay in our own little cabin. Everything was clean and comfortable. We used the indoor pool and jucuzzi. The breakfast was bagels, muffins, cold and hot cereal, cold milk and OJ. It was perfect to get going on our own adventure for the day.
The hotel is located near a small town in a very scenic spot. The room was large and very comfortable. We stayed in the hotel area but they have several log cabins available also. We were there in late fall, but there were several on-site amenities for use during the summer. The breakfast was excellent and there is an on-site restaurant serving dinner.
This was located on our route to Jackson. The large complex was clean. The staff we interacted with were friendly, for the most part. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Vinny was our waiter. He was helpful during ordering and made dinner after a long day's journey a fun experience.
Easy to get to, and plenty of parking. Loved the private balcony, awesome staff and clean room. Views of the area were great. It isn’t a boring highrise hotel. It is a beautiful resort with groups of buildings and cabins that look rustic and cool.
We were happy with the hotel and the desk personnel. They were very friendly and helped us fi D a ground floor room when they found out I had a recent knee replacement and my brother in law a recent heart surgery. Thanks to all!
No breakfast included. Location for the price is why we stayed there. We were 40 miles from Jackson Hole and rooms at Jackson were 350 to 500 a night and we spent 120 dollars a night in Alpine at bull moose lodge
