clean, quiet, friendly person at the desk that greeted us, and a good value.
I grew up in Apple Valley. My great grandparents owned farmland right where this hotel is built. They came here in 1889 from Ireland. I returned home for the holiday's and we were very disappointed in the hotel management and the no hot water for a shower and no disability shower chair because we paid for those services. We will never return to this location.

The hotel was nice and clean, in walking distance of shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were open and clean. I like that check out wasn’t till noon that was a plus.
If you want it quiet at night get a room on the back side of the building since they do share a lot with a bar.

We generally stay in this area at least once a year and enjoy the convenience of being close to our son and grandchildren but also like the fact that just about any type of store and/or restaurant is within a very short distance.

Well laid out neighhood. Walkable.
Well laid out neighhood. Walkable. Close to entertainment and food. Great restaurants close by. Serene and quiet location. Still growing. Easy access to highways. Not jammed with too much traffic. Easy to navigate in and out of neighborhoods. Close to lakes and easy distance to activities.
Wr liked that it was located in downtown Apple Valley. We found it this to be very convenient. We love that they had a room that offered a whirlpool. we always look for places that have one. Also we want to make sure to point out that the staff are very welcoming and friendly. That is a big plus! My husband and I have noticed a lack of customer service now a days with many business. So, when people are good, we love to acknowledge it. It truly makes a difference.
The hotel was in a nice location. It was quiet and the room was nice and clean. It was larger than I expected. We had a whirlpool suite. It had two sitting areas and 3 tv’s. We grabbed breakfast one morning. They had a nice selection with eggs, sausage, waffles you could make. Yogurt, fruit, applesauce and cereal. I would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.
The room was very nice, liked that the rooms were seperated, bedroom, livingroom kitchenette and a desk area.
Breakfast was continental type but was good as well.
Thank you
Nice
Loved the room! The hotel felt like it was in a very good area. I liked the option of a shuttle to the airport. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Minneapolis.
