Nice hotel that is located at a good central location for area. Rooms were nice, fairly comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. Bed was a bit too firm for my liking but not terrible. Room clean and reasonably roomy. No complaints.

Please don't try to bring your family or friends to this place before they do a comprehensive state inspection or shut it for renovation. If your guests are allergic or have a breathing condition, the air pollution in this building could be devastating to them. The other side of the facility seems to be on standards, but again they play by the names on the website and would pretend they never advertised for the other hotel. Just don't take that risk, your health is priceless.

Location was great!
Location was great! Our first room was on the first floor & it needs renovations ! Carpet was old! Peep hole in door had no metal covering so I had to tell maintenance. The toilet didn’t flush! We noticed crickets in our room the first night & our neighbors next door were very loud & obnoxious. Carpet in hallway on first floor needs replaced!The front desk gave us a room on third floor which was wonderful- upgraded & no crickets.AAnonymous - 2.0Scored 2.0

We moved rooms and it seemed to be better but it didn’t help as we both already had bites. The hotel was fine. Pets were permitted (a negative for me, but not for some). You may want to request being on a floor where pets are not permitted. I live in Coatesville and work in Downingtown. Life begins in Exton. What do I mean? Exton is the center of commerce for Chester County. The county seat is in West Chester, but the mall, the biggest library, and more are in Exton.

On Saturday morning, we went to breakfast & were greeted by multiple employees telling us good morning. The breakfast attendant was so nice, asking if everyone was ok or needed anything. The room was clean, bed was ok. One wall light didn't work but there were plenty of other lights in the room. Red velvet waffles...👍🏼😋
