It was close to several dining options, and the area felt secure, especially with security personnel patrolling. The front desk staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze. The location was great, the bed was comfortable, and the people were super nice!! They were very hospitable and friendly, yet gave us privacy. We woke to coffee and oatmeal right outside our door!! They were so thoughtful!

So let me start off by saying I live out of town so I traveled in town for craw fish festival after a long drive we pull up to the hotel and there is a group of 3 ladies at the window who did not book there hotel and was trying to book online while standing at the window out side and there is was also a guy in line waiting to check in,instead of the guy at the window asking the ladys to go ahead and move over and finish booking then he will be with them he didn't so we had to wait a total of 30 minutes outside at a window. There was not enough towels in the room and not only that they were dirty,when asked for more they said they could not give us any,the sheets had burn spots in them, the next day when we wanted to go to pool it was a problem they told us only a certain amount of people could go and if we had more people we would have to pay for them and we had to have wrese bands,After I started going off on the guy then he called someone and they said it was ok.
