The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The area was nice with many restaurants and a Scandia. I stayed another 2 days because my husband and I liked it so much. The rooms are soundproof. The beds are extremely comfortable, and there are black out shades. No complaints

We loved the location, easy access to freeway, shopping and restaurants. We were in town for 3 days so this worked perfectly for us and because we had a king suite the room for relaxing and and sleeping were divided. This made it more comfortable to have family visit us at the hotel instead of a public place.
The breakfast that was provided left much to be desired but if you were in a hurry it got you out the door.
Staff was friendly and courteous and quickly responded to any requests we made.

Very windy, spread out and indistinct.
Very windy, spread out and indistinct. I drove a couple miles to a Castanedas drive through for dinner and the town is pretty blah. There is a great brewery, Oak Hills, off HWY 395 that was open and festive. Otherwise, I spent most of my time in Wrightwood.

I've stayed in Hesperia many times in the past, as there's been various business ventures I've conducted there. I've learned to NEVER pick a cheap hotel there, it's the kind of place where people LIVE in the cheaper hotels. I was delighted that since the last time I visited (2 or 3 years ago), Hesperia had continued to improve. We saw very nice businesses and restaurants. We ate at BJ's Brewery but later visited the Whiskey Barrel and wished that we had gone there first (vegan food aplenty, while BJ's was strangely scarce). My associate commented on the expected desert dwellers that usually proliferate the streets common to desert communities like this, but we saw essentially NONE. My impression of Hesperia is a very good one, I've had friends that live there and I know where the run-down parts of town are, but what we saw on this trip was very good!

Outstanding personnel, very helpful and courteous, i love it.
two things i would mention as constructive criticism.
a) beds need to updgrade, they were not very comfortable.
b) keep the pool area cleaner, the trash cans were overflowing.

It was a place to visit family.
It was a place to visit family. We went to attend a baby shower for my niece and her husband. It's far too windy for our taste. I'm sure the surrounding area's have fun places to visit.
Breakfast was ok, not nearly as good as advertised. We were worried about the safety of our car as this hotel is not in the best of areas, saw a group of druggie's self-medicating nearby, next to freeway but didn't hear any freeway noise. They have luggage carts that made bringing in our stuff easy. Despite bad area and druggies, they had security cameras that were being monitored by hotel staff, nothing happened to our car so that was great.
Staff is AMAZING! Very friendly and accommodating. Terrific value. Great location in regards to shopping and freeway access. Besides for your typical parking lot sounds the place is quite. Pet friendly and well stocked doggy bags in potty area. Great use of room square footage. Couldn't ask for a more welcoming stay.
the staff the young lady who helped me out was fantastic. forgive me, I don’t recall her name. but I want to recognize the Asian woman whom works the night shift at the Hesperia location. she’s amazing
