Private place, surrounded by a wooden fence, In a convenient location within walking distance to stores. Very clean inside and out! Outside grill and kitchen, smart TV, and board games. The host thought of everything. Good communication, although we never met.

This is 10-20 minutes from Everglades and Biscayne National Parks, the reason whey we booked. There are many neighborhoods and as a result there are many storefronts to serve the neighborhoods. This was very convenient overall.

HJowever, the receptionist was very uncooperative, disinterested in helping me and down right rude. Could hardly be bothered to look at me to answer where the room was.
the room was situated in a very poor place, was similar to being in a shanty ghetto. Run down and needing a face lift.

The Tiny Barn was a perfect base for the time we spent in the Everglades. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. We did not even turn the TV on. Being located in an Orchard was really good and secluded. Want to stay again. Local restaurants were very good. Havana Spice and Shavers were great local non chain places full of local guests.

In room coffee maker was not what was told they had ( pods ) so after bringing my own coffee mugs , Pods , Creamer and water even a spoon , when I explained to front desk they apologized and searched the property and brought me a coffee a Keurig coffee maker and made my day , they definitely went above and beyond, as far as ice machine on 4th floor it was out of order having to go to another floor

You demand a deposit of $383.00 the day of arrival, I think we should have been told at time of booking. At check out we made sure everything was as we received. Now you hold the deposit saying we damaged your sheets and towels, that's a con and you know it. Potential renters before you leave take PICTURES of everything. Management is a lier and a crook. Beware!!! Cover yourself otherwise they will wrongfully steal your deposit. They did. Ours..if you can stayway from them pass this on to other innocent vacationers.
I liked Nothing. The whole place gave me an overall creepy vibe. Nothing was specifically terribly dirty - it was just that everything was kind of yucky. There were holes in the lampshades, weird dirt on walls and kickplates, beat up furniture and absolute loads of trash outside all over the place (cigarette butts, wrappers, q-tips, flossers, cans). That metal thing that you flip over in hotels that keeps the door from opening .. it didn't have the connecting knob bit that makes it work. People were up all night and really loud.
The bed is large and the room is spacious as well and has everything you need. The whole facilities are somewhat dated and rundown, but things still work (airconditioning was old and loud though). Staff is helpful. Breakfast is very simple, but as expected considering the price. If the pancake machine is working you can have freshly baked pancakes! There is a nice pool to cool off after a hot floridian day. The location is perfect for a trip to the Florida keys and the Everglades.
The tiny house had all we needed and the garden area is just heavenly. During day times it's an active area with workers present but in the night you have the whole garden for yourself if there are no other guests. It was perfect for our visit to the Everglades and for spending nice nights in a peaceful environment.
The hotel room had the basic amenities and the bed was very comfortable. There was breakfast provided and it included hot food if you liked. There was air con in the room that worked well. It was easy to check in and check out and there was plenty of parking provided.
Great hotel and perfect location to explore the Everglades. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was included with plenty of options. Several restaurants within walking distance and not far from huge Walmart and Keys outlet mall.
It was a great stay. Was going to visit the Everglades National park. The hotel was brilliant. Had stayed at their Altamonte Springs location previously and it lived up to it's standards. Would definitely recommend it.
we regularly stay in Homestead, FL to visit family. We always stay at this hotel because of the comfortable accommodations. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and the breakfast delicious.
Overall a very nice stay. Staff was very helpful. Facility was clean. Reasonable price for the area and decently close to a variety of destinations (keys, everglades, Miami, etc.)
We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was just fine. Could have stayed longer. If ever in the area we would stay here again for a longer period. Hosts were very friendly.
very clean and convenient. this is our new go to! I could walk to Target- literally in parking lot and other areas of shopping. great area to run also.
