I liked that every last one of your staff was extremely polite, respectful, and helpful to their best ability. A wallet got let behind and your honest staff turned it in and mailed it out to me, they way the situation was handled alone turned my whole experience about the hotel around.

The pool room was freezing cold and the jaccuzi was also cold. It had police tape around it. We didnt stay because of that and because there were hairs in the bed from the previous people. I booked this hotel because I like to relax in the jaccuzi. We went to another country inn 15 min away and their jaccuzi was also cold. we stayed at that one because it was now 9:00 pm and at least the beds were clean. Pierre was a great guy and very helpful.

If you need a handicap accessible room (shower and or toilet grab bars) ensure you book a room specifically described. Our accessible room meant only the doors, interior of the room and bathroom were roomy enough to maneuver a wheelchair.

The staff could not understand English, the motel itself was more run down, wasn't what I was expecting for the money I paid.. overall was probably one of worst hotels I stayed in..I will never go back there. Staff can't even speak English.

Plymouth has all the diversions that a visitor could want.
Plymouth has all the diversions that a visitor could want. Plenty of shopping. Plenty of great places to eat, especially Lucky's 13 and Jake's. Clean, wide streets. And an abundant collection of hotels strategically located near shopping.
Booked this to be close to family we were visiting. We travel a lot and were Very pleasantly surprised on how huge the room was and clean the facility. We we expecting a small economy hotel room and we’re shocked that the roomed included a living space kitchen large bathroom and very comfortable bed! Good breakfast… easy check in/out. Would definitely recommend
It's a beautiful hotel I never got a chance to grill the lady at the front desk I asked her about grilling but she never tell me what all I need to be able to grill you know like instructions or was I able to just go out there and Grill I never got a response but the morning shift and the young lady that was there when I checked in they is awesome
The hotel clerk was friendly.
The room was OK. The wood floor was warped
making it difficult to walk on it. There seemed to be a smell in the room.
Once we sprayed some Febreze and aired it out by keeping the door open it went away.
Over all it was smaller then most hotel rooms but pleasant enough for the price. The beds were okay.
Everything was good, and comfortable, the guest was very helpful. My only downfall was, one of my bed had Semen on the side of it. Wasn't happy about that. Was my only thing. Other than that it was a good hotel and 1 lady at the desk was very rude, about towels. That's it, will stay again.
When we made our reservation on Booking.com, this hotel was listed as “pet friendly”. Even their own website lists it as “pet friendly”. When we arrived to check in the desk clerk said “Oh no, we are not a pet friendly hotel”.
Everything was fantastic, from the comfort and size of the room to the breakfast and staff!!
This is the 3rd hotel we stayed in on our holiday in the USA (Other 2 were New York and Miami) and it was by far the best!!
Nothing. They offer continental breakfast but they didn’t have any food when we went down at 9am on Monday March 28, 2022. The hotel itself is pretty rundown and in need of a complete remodel.
Excellent place if you want kitchen and laundry amenities. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Air conditioner worked well, less noisy than in many hotels.
