Had the best night sleep here after being 8 days into our holiday. Rooms quiet, room temperature perfect.
The reviews were good, but I disagree. The rooms are old and tired. They did seem clean enough-but I wouldn't sit in the upholstered chair because it looked pretty worn out. The outside area was dumpy. All the pretty plants shown in the pictures were mostly dead. A huge, loud garbage truck came a 6 am to empty the dumpster right outside of our area. The breakfast was supposed to start at 5:30, but coffee wasn't ready until 6:30. I ended up taking two sips and dumping it out--lukewarm and just not good coffee. Overall, I was super disappointed in this motel. It did not live up to the other reviews.

It was very nice for our short trip.
It was very nice for our short trip. The rooms were clean and neat and properly appointed. Other than the issue with the recliner it was great.
The breakfast was also very nice, plenty of options and tasty!

Redlands is a special community with beautiful parks and a choice of any type of restaurant that you might like. It is a clean community with many trees, including lots of palms. There are still some orange orchards, and some great old Victorian homes. Nearby within an hours drive is Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Lake. There is a small ski resort close to Big Bear Lake. Palm Springs is also within an hour and Disneyland and the beach are both within slightly more than hour. The San Bernardino Museum is within ten minutes.

Redlands is a great place!
Redlands is a great place! There isn’t any real areas here that I would ever feel like I was in a dangerous area, or that I Would feel uneasy about walking down any streets, and I drive all around and through many neighborhoods. People seem to be more relaxed and genuinely friendlier than other cities here in the I.E. There’s a little feeling still of a small town atmosphere… when you drive past and wave at pedestrians, they wave back! When you smile at folk, they smile back. Police drive by and wave and smile back at you, also!

There was a wide variety of places to eat within a mile of the hotel. There was a very nice breakfast included in the room price. Food was superior & staff was amazing. 10 out of 10 across the board. Will definitely recommend & will stay again when I'm in the area.
This is a relatively new hotel, close to I-10, University of Redlands and a # of food places close by. The hotel was very clean, safe and welcoming. For the first time in the US, I watched the game of Cricket on one of the Sports channels come up in the Hotel TV. Complimentary breakfast was sufficient and good. Great place to stay and I highly recommend this hotel.
I honestly didn’t pay attention to what came with the room I reserved for me and my family. When I got to the hotel the staff was super nice and helpful that we extended our stay by a week. My family and I slept so comfortably for the first time in a while. We felt safe. The in room kitchen was a plus and the topper was on site laundry room and work out room.
A new hotel, all facilities brand new and all working, room very clean and comfortable . The pool is lovely and safely enclosed , there are loungers, chairs and towels provided. The gym is well equipped . Buffet Breakfast was basic but kept well stocked, it was enough for us. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
I loved this place..From A to Z the rooms were great clean the people that worked there was AWESOME and very helpful.i am never satisfied when I stay at a hotel , but this one really made me happy and thankful to know that there is businesses out there with good customer service and good qualities :)
Desk lady was very kind and courteous, she asked how I was doing. I like the fact that I kept seeing the security continously walking around the building. Also one of the staff members asked if we needed anything or any clean towels, usually at other hotels I always have to ask and they say no.
During the first night I couldn’t sleep because of all the noice from others outside of my door it looks like all the people that is there they don’t sleep during the night it was to much drama we couldn’t stay the next day, so we left. I wouldn’t go back to that hotel, it also smells.
See above. Staff friendly. Room clean. Breakfast a good start for the day.
Ha ha. This is NOT a dig. We were surprised when we heard the air horn on a passing train. Loud! Tracks are close to the hotel. Then we laughed and kind of enjoyed the “ambiance” the next time it happened.
the layout around the courtyard and pool was good. nice to sit outside in the evening.
the room was big, although I still never understand why the wash basin is located outside the bathroom in some American hotels.
