Kristy and all of the staff and manager were great. If there was an issue they fixed it immediately. They quickly addressed the issue that I had with the sofa bed. Thank you! The breakfast was actually good with options. 😀😄😄😄

I enjoyed the staff they're very helpful. The rooms were nice The beds were comfy and the place was clean. The parking is closed to the rooms. If one need a walker or wheelchair. The village noise isn't too bad at night.
One thing that I know They're not too many places to stay if you need a room with ♿. You don't realize that till you're in that situation.
The good thing about the west wind as they do listen to their customers. Maybe next time they'll have a two bedroom with a walk-in shower and arm rest for those who use walkers.
Ruidoso is a perfect get a way trip.
Temperature is wonderful, scenery is breathtaking, lots to do and enjoy.
We stayed at the Apache Motel which is outstanding and highly recommend. Restaurants, stores, etc. are a "MUST DO" especially RUSTY BALLS! It is an AMAZING Place to stop by, visit and buy some souvenirs for family, friends, and yourself.👍 You are treated like family and I bet you'll go back time and time again to check out the custom vehicles and new merchandise. End of Mountain Gods is a happy place to visit hands down! Several Restaurants to fill your craving. All around Ruidoso is an easy place to get to and ENJOY!

Ruidoso is a small town tourist location that is below Ski Apache. Fall is a great time to see the beauty of the town and watch the leaves turn, although not as spectacular as Vermont. It's a great place to destress and relax, hike, ski, sightsee and more. I have been to Ruidoso 3 times and will return again with my wife to unwind and just enjoy life.

Ruidoso it’s a beautiful place to escape the weather in El Paso or Las Cruces.
The inn of the mountain Gods casino is a fun place to visit and they have a lot of eateries downtown that we enjoy, Rio Pizza, Hall of Flame burgers, Cornerstone Bakery and cafe. Noisy Water mercantile has excellent shopping.

Was nice to see wildlife (deer, elk, wild horses, hummingbirds, etc) The downtown shops were inviting but parking is very limited and would be difficult for handicapped on walkers to get around. Anaheim Jacks is a wonderful hamburger restaurant (food was great, clean, and good parking). The scenery is beautiful so it was neat to drive around in the mountains. Grindstone Lake is pretty and would be family fun. People are real friendly and polite.

We love this little mountain town and hope to have a place here one day. The cooler temps were a very welcome reprieve from Texas heat!
The Texas Club is a must (make reservations!) Tried Casa Blanca, the food was good and reasonably priced. The Log Cabin may be the best breakfast place ever, but go early if you don’t want a long wait.
History buffs should venture over to Lincoln County and Fort Stanton, both short drives. The solar observatory in Sunspot was interesting as well.

Ruidoso is a beautiful place. We love it.
Ruidoso is a beautiful place. We love it. We had fun at the lake we went on canoes we took hikes. The kids played in the lake on the fun area. Downtown was awesome. We went shopping. Had some good candy, apples, and dinner.
I never checked in. I walked in saw big buckets of cigarette butts on the deck, tipped over. The front door was plywood with a flimsy lock. Smelled like smoke. Bathroom was full dingy and unacceptable.
This cabin was not a wooded cabin.. it was located on the Main Street of Ruidoso, NM. This was unacceptable! Complete Road NOISE!
I never stayed there and got another place for the night. I would like a complete refund!!!
This was a great place to Stay in Ruidoso!
We were debating between a rustic cabin or this apartment. But definitely this was the best idea. Very modern and good quality equipment, nice kitchen and a very comfy living room. Literally you feel like home and you can cook everything you want. There was even body shoap and shampoo on each bathroom.
Nice hotel in a good location in Ruidoso. The room was clean and comfortable. The Wifi worked well. We liked the breakfast choices. The hotel was good value for money. Unfortunately, a wildfire started in the town and we had to leave quickly, so did not use our second night. I hope the hotel and staff are all safe.
Our room was very clean and had all the amenities. A whole kitchen set up and even a washer and dryer. Finding our room was super easy, which the front desk person told us as we checked in. I enjoyed staying here and if I go back to Ruidoso then I will be staying here again.
It’s very good for the price and the staff was very nice, they have really good coffee in the mornings, but it’s just like a hotel to go sleep and that’s it, but it was really good and comfort and a good place to stay at ruidoso, very close from everything
The room was clean, the hotel looked amazing, and my kids loved the pool and environment. The staff was really polite and helpful. The breakfast is good. It's a great environment for a family to stay at. I would definitely visit this place again.😁
Price fo 2 bedroom cabin can't be beat. Location in central Ruidoso is great for walking or driving. A mini fridge that actually keeps things cold👍. Only used furnaces, not A/C and they were good. Tons of tv channels for free. Nice fireplace
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I was expecting a small location but it was really spacious and the amenities were excellent. The attitude and assistance provided by the staff were excellent. I will definitely be visiting again.
Returning Customer. The View is absolutely amazing and comparing to my last stay, they’ve renovated the hotel rooms alot! Its nice, cozy, and each room has its own heater! Its honestly a little slice of Ruiodoso! Highly recommend!
Friendly staff, comfortable stay. The one thing I would say is I was asked if I wanted our room to be cleaned and said yes, for some reason no one came to our room. No biggie, probably the housekeeper just forgot about us.
This location was central to all the Ruidoso activities. The hot breakfast was better than most hotels I have stayed in. Very nice facility. Enjoyed the stay and would go again to this location.
Clean and comfortable room. The staff is spectacularly nice and accommodating. Great location 5 minute drive to midtown Ruidoso with all the shops. Great value for the money
The space in each bedroom was exceptional! Kitchen had every utensil we needed along with baking and pots pans to make our traditional family breakfast!
The price is excellent. You get a small kitchen with most things you need to cook, a living room with a wood burning fireplace, and a bedroom/bathroom.
