Breakfast was the best thing about our 2-day stay with comfort suites. I my family and I stay for 2 days on Sunday morning I called downstairs to ask for some more towels a nice lady promptly brought up towels for my family and I definitely appreciated it. It also gave us the opportunity after taking care of business to walk around downtown.

We HAD TO change rooms: the first room was unbelievably noisy because of disfunctional airco and other loud apparatus on the roof. Moreover the room had a distinct ‘smell’: a combination of something ugly and roomspray. Suffocating.
The second room was really good! The hotel team was great though!

We go to Visalia for a convention.
We go to Visalia for a convention. The home was not the blue cottage as there was a last minute problem with the dates we stayed at the Retro modern Home. It was lovely. Very roomy. Close to Convention Center and close to shopping. The Black Bear Diner was very close.

Nice place we stayed on our road trip heading to Sequoia park. A little noisy because it was next to a main road, but ideal to get to and set off the next morning. The pool was nice and the area around it was lovely to relax after a long day of driving. It could be accessed by the back door of all the bedrooms and there were benches to sit on. Would go again. I don't think there were many cheaper options than this when we were searching.

Close to Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon.
Close to Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon. Visalia is a wonderful little town with fun diners and cafes. Good time diner is a 50’s theme restaurant with fabulous food at great prices. There is also Granny’s cafe with tasty breakfasts in an old time setting. Mama K’s is a very popular Resturant with the locals located in a stick yard auction building.

Stayed in Visalia to visit both Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Although it was a great hotel it was farther than expected to both parks. And, once you arrived at the park entrances, the drive in to the sites was very far. I would recommend staying in the parks if possible. Visalia downtown was cute with many dining options and breweries.

I love a hot cup of tea before going to sleep and a cup of coffee or tea in the morning. Miss not having a coffee pot in the room. Since I come to visit my family I don’t need a plush room so this works well. Checking in was quick and simple, thank you to staff.
Staff was helpful and very accommodating. I needed to change rooms (nothing to do with the quality, I had a sprain and couldn’t walk as far), and they were immediately responsive and took care of it. The room was clean and comfortable.
I had dinner in the hotel restaurant, California Cafe, and was completely blown away by the dinner I had. I had a smoked salmon sandwich that I’m still thinking about. I’m thinking about another stay soon with my family since they also offer shuttle service to Sequoia.
The Lamp Liter Inn is one of the cleanest hotel I’ve ever encountered. I am from
Germany and have an overall high expectation about cleanliness. The Lamp Liter Inn exceeded my expectations. They take very good care of their facilities and create a very welcoming & personal atmosphere. The garden is beautiful. This was my first time staying with this hotel and it won’t be my last. Highly recommend when doing sightseeing in Sequoia National Park.
Breakfast was typical.it was nit the quality of Hampton Inn.
Rates seemed high it was over 812. Fir 3 nughts for 2 double beds and a pet. If tge bill had been under $200. A night I would have felt that it was very good. Because there is a quartet fanfest we feel hotels are making rates outrageous. When rooms are noyt top quality. They are clean but floors in our room were not swept for 3 days.
Room next door was literally using a drill for some reason and was using it all night long. When reported to front desk they called the room next door sound of drill stop for 5 min and then continued again. Called front desk and they did nothing about it. I had to suffer not just for one night but 2 nights . Zero stars if i could
I was surprised when I saw this hotel, it was looked very nice. I fallen in love to the administrator, sorry I forgot her name, she is from Philippine, she is very friendly, polite! Thank you for our first day in the hotel. The room is big, clean and comfortable. All staff were super friendly.
Hotel is located at suburbs of Visalia City, easly acessiable from HWY99. Good connection on road with Sequoia National Park. Room was not very big, but comfortable, with good equippement (microwave, fridge, coffee-tea set). Everything was clean and fresh. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Our dinner was amazing! Our room was amazing and the bathroom was exquisite. I loved the waterfall shower head. I especially loved the tile in the bathroom. The hotel felt like I went back in time but with all new renovation. Loved everything about our stay. Our stay was perfect!
The spacious spaces are very pleasant for the nine people who traveled together. The rooms are very comfortable, the living room and the dining room too. The apartment is very useful for dividing a large group.
The hotel's location was very convenient for us as it was right off the freeway.
The food service & front desk staff were friendly & professional.
Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping our room neat.
Everything except they gave me a hard time about using my credit card the same one I paid for the room with they didn’t want to let lid use it for the deposit. Eventually they did but it was ridiculous.
We asked for a first floor room several days before our visit. However, when we got there we were told all were already occupied. My wife has a hard time climbing stairs so this was a major concern.
Excellent hotel, very clean furniture and friendly staff, breakfasy also good. The location js veru good, close to pharmacys and restaurants. Felt very safe over there.
