The location was not bad as it was close to where I needed to be, but the facility was not clean. Appliances did not work. I had to go to Walmart and get cleaning supplies to clean, especially the bathroom. There was a terrible odor. I just stuck it out for the one night, but I still not stay again. For the price that was paid, I should have gotten a full refund.

This is my second stay at a charity house.

Nice staff clean rooms I've heard the food is good didn't get to try any cause the incidental fee with the price of the room made me to broke to eat for my entire 1 day stay. Nothing special from what I experienced, it's just what you'd expect from any hotel. The area by the water across the street was nice to sit by with a bit of a view. Got stood Up by my Girlfriend here so my experience wasn't really enjoyable at all. The staff were kind but isn't that the job. Nothing special or that made me want to ever come back. Maybe to the area of Waldorf but probably never staying here again. Honestly wish I could get a full refund but I'm not the type to cause a scene about stuff.

The stay was good, but it was only for one night.
The stay was good, but it was only for one night. The room was clean and it was quiet. The staff was very nice and friendly . They made you feel welcomed. The location of the hotel was near my event but getting to the hotel was kind of confusing. The smoking outside the hotel is understandable but it was awful having to get to into the hotel to get to the front desk and having to smell the fumes. There needs to either be a no smoking on premises or a designated smoking area away from the front entrance.

Room and bathroom were very clean.
Room and bathroom were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Area was very quiet considering how close it was to the main road. Having a good restaurant like Carrabba's in the same parking lot was a bonus.

Waldorf is a bedroom community for the Washington, DC area.. It has heavy traffic all directions on the main arteries during the morning and evening rush hours. You can get to a lot of interesting places from there, but the community itself isn't really a vacationers' destination. We lived in the area for 29 years and have come back to visit friends periodically. Our long-time favorite local eating spot is Texas Ribs and Barbecue in the St. Charles neighborhood. Most of the other eateries in the vicinity are part of national chains which you can find anywhere. Though there are a few good local seafood restaurants, you have to know where to look for them and their numbers are dwindling.

It is a very run down facility, in a not so nice area of town. There were people constant hanging around in the parking lot, outside my room, everywhere. I asked to have them removed and nothing happened. I would not recommend this hotel.
Staff very nice. The lady at the front desk was very nice and knew I had been there before so check-in was a breeze. I'm a hotel staycation snob junkie lol. I like staying at different hotels. The best sleep I EVER had in the 7 years I been in MD. The mattress was very comfortable. Need to get one for home (lol) THE BEST SLEEP😴 The breakfast was delicious😋 Awesome! This is now my favorite hotel in Waldorf.❤️
The hotel looked nice on the outside. The lobby was okay as you'd expect. Key card entry and all. They have a gym and pool and it's great. The breakfast was fair, I've had better at other Hampton Inn but it wasn't bad at all. The hotel staffs were pleasant and nice, with no unwanted attitude, so that was good.
comfortable location, the room was spacious and clean besides little tiny things here and there that i don’t really consider an issue for the price. pest free. friendly staff. it’s not a luxury hotel by any stretch but i found it comfortable and perfect for what i needed.
I travel to Southern Maryland two to three times a month from NYC, for the last year or so for business, and have stayed at other hotels, and by far Courtyard is not only the most pleasant staff, location but for quiet and accommodations, it's the best in the area.
Delicious. Staff friendly and offered suggestions re: menu items. A variety of choices to select from. Prepared items not listed on menu. Dining area always neatly arranged. The location of hotel was perfect to our daughter's home.
I refused to stay at this hotel. Upon entering the hotel, I was overcome with the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but the condition of the lobby was unacceptable. I did not feel safe.
Breakfast was excellent and ready ahead of posted times. surcharge for pets was very reasonable, unlike many hotels. Room was clean and my special requests were confirmed within 5 minutes of booking
I didn't have breakfast. The carpet throughout this location and in the bedroom was filthy. Other than that the hotel was pretty clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
We had to travel for an emergency situation. This hotel was excellent. Staff were always friendly. The hotel has lots of amenities. Our room was comfortable and clean.
The breakfast wasn't bad although I would like to request that this hotel was to serve turkey Bacon or sausage. Other than that I thought everything was great.
