Staff all good, but Evelyn, who facilitates the breakfasts, exceeded expectations - super thoughtful, service attitude and someone who 100% takes pride in her work and cares about the guest experience. Bravo, Evelyn!

Everything about the hotel is top notch except for one thing and that's a deal breaker for me. The windows are sealed shut. I'm sure management or some accounting person has a logical reason for this but I will not go back for that reason. It's a real shame. It completely ruins the experience for me.

I love Wilsonville. I used to live in Wilsonville. Wilsonville is a small quaint little town. Half way to Portland on the North 1-5, and half way to Salem, the capital of Oregon to the South 1-5 corridor.

It's kind of confusing to find it! I used to live in Wilsonville. It needs some attention to landscaping outside rooms. The front entrance very nice. Doors don't have numbers painted on after painting. is in Braille.I have huge walker, the room accommodated it. Bed very clean/crisp. Room very clean also Bathroom sparkling.Downside is parking lot very trashy it looked the same all 3 days bottles food cigarette butts everywhere (I smoke) I feel rate was ok. Breakfast 1rst am awfully 2nd &3rd am much better, waffles great, biscuits&gravy good. Had a great stay! Thank you! Oh the hair dryer doesn't work I forgot to let them know. I also had a late check out :(1:00pm)appreciate them being so nice about it. Will stay there again.

Starting with the front desk employee Angela whose professionalism and courtesy was unmatched our stay was excellent. Throughout our stay whenever we encountered a hotel employee each was extremely courteous and always asked if they could assist us in any way. We were even allowed to stage an impromptu surprise birthday party for one of our group. Thanks again for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Cheers!😎

You cannot get enough of the Oregon greenery.
You cannot get enough of the Oregon greenery. Forests and farms. Freeways clear and uncrowded. Would come again but only after COVID-19 settles down. No restaurants fully open, malls closed, etc.
Wilsonvville would be a great place to retire to.

lack of regular grocery stores, only one a safeway and while it is a good store I would like more of a choice. fred meyer is not a grocery store. being from san Francisco bay area I am used to a much wider choice of restaurants and also more choices of fast food locations such as particularly a kfc. also very difficult to find a good news paper.
Breakfast was great. I think they refer to it as a "Continental" breakfast, but I think they should say "Hot Breakfast" or something else. Continental usually means cold cereal and packaged pastries and maybe juice or fruit, but at this place there were eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, juice, etc.
Stayed only one night and was really tired, so just went to bed, woke up for a shower and breakfast, and left. The normal hotel meets Holiday Inn standards, breakfast is served based on coupons and you can take a buffet or choose something from the menu.
I booked this stay for my mom who was visiting from Idaho. She had nothing but great words to say about the staff and total experience of the hotel stay. Keep up the good work!!!!!!
The hotel was over booked! So even though I had called to tell them I had a really late check in.. they did not have a room available. Luckily they gave me the handicap room.
