Room was ready after 5:30 I have been told to wait in the lobby and I will get a text when room is ready. After 1 hour of waiting went back to reception to check and room was ready but nobody texted me to let us know. In the morning they told me that I have to give the room by 11:00 am. After I gave the room I mention that is not fair to give it back so early when room was ready so late. The male receptionist was extremely rude and arguing that I needed to ask for late check out., Any hotel that I went was the policy to explain to the customer everything and specialy to let them know in case room is given to late that they can check out late. When I ask in the morning he said 11:00 without mentioning that a late check out without extra charge could be available.

Pleasant enough location for visiting the local area. Best suited for those who are hiking or undertaking other outdoor activities. Town of Windham has a reasonable choice of restaurants. We visited in late spring and it was fairly quiet. I'm guessing it is a more lively location in the skiing season.

Omg let me tell you to start this place has everything you want in a hotel.Clean good food nice people the place is kept really nice and clean and it wasn’t expensive and it was like 5 minutes ride from Windham mountain I would be back thanks.

Love the place, great vibes.
Love the place, great vibes. Nice hikes and outdoor activities. Weather is always on a cooler side comparison to cities, keeping a jacket is always a good idea. Great breakfast with our room. Very nice and kind family. Highly recommend:)

For breakfast go to the Highland Grounds, for dinner go to Mill Rock. For lunch go to Windham Local, for a beer go to the Tap Room. The village of Windham is a beautiful town with lots of places to eat, drink, and be merry. The people are friendly and helpful. Good place for mountain bikers and hikers. The remote for the television, Was difficult to use, had to call the desk for help with that, But once I had that on I left it on. I could not work The shower, but it was beautiful so I used the wash clothes and didn't need the shower. Have them check that To see if how that works.
