Location is very good, about 5-7 min walk to the beach. Left and right number of restaurants and shops. Very convinient. There is a construction ongoing right across the road (building a new hotel probably) but we did not encountered any noise or polution. Breakfast is good, pho live station was amazing. Helpful staff.
