Check in was a breeze, upgraded our room and advised how the restaurant worked (what they make and what's ordered in etc) plus gave us a complimentary airport shuttle for the morning. Winning! We had some Viet smear food in the restaurant, reasonably priced and tasty (Beef fried rice for 100k VND)! A beer up at the pool followed, basic, but runway views at a rooftop pool! THE AC in our room was also one of the best we experienced in Vietnam, strong and very cold right away 👍🏻

Booked the hotel for one night for an international flight from Noi Bai Airport. The hotel was incredibly clean and our room was really lovely which we didn't really expect because we thought it was just a basic transit hotel.
The transfer from the airport was waiting for us when we arrived and everyone working at the hotel was super friendly. We left our daughter's teddy bear at the hotel and didn't realise for more than a month. We contacted them and they arranged delivering it to our house in Da Nang. Lovely people and highly recommended!

I didn't stay at this hotel to tour the local town, but only for convenience near the Hanoi international airport, because I had an early morning flight and was concerned about unpredictability of traffic from farther away. I did extensive search to find a place close to airport but inexpensive price and still good quality. The Family Transit Hotel in Thach Loi satisfied everything I was looking for, and was so much more in quality and customer service by the staff there. Personalized shuttle service from hotel staff got me to international departures drop off within about 10 minutes of when I came down to front desk to check out.
