Location amazing. So many animals. Herds and herds of everything. Saw all Big 5 in a couple of days,. Also managed to find Painted/Wild dogs. Lodge well situated for everything. Staff very cheerful. Food good and filling. Not Michelin star level. Amazing stars at night, total blanket of stars. For the birder, endless birds. No snakes at this time of year.Our Guide Silas was outstanding and very friendly. Virtually no mozzies despite being beside a water hole. Would advise the place for anyone. Particularly first timers. My teenage twins, age 15, loved it. Price of drinks very good.

What a place! I could honestly go on forever about how amazing Madikwe Hills Private Game Lodge is! We were return travelers and had another truly incredible stay. From stunningly beautiful rooms, wonderful and very friendly staff, absolutely amazing wildlife and delicious food- nothing is short of perfect. We just wish we stayed longer! We will definitely be back!

The facilities are good

Such a great location for not only Game Drives, also the view from the pool on all the game passing trough the river, just amazing. And the tent rooms so spacious and well situated, with a huge bed! Additionally our guide Tiamo was so attentive and knowledgable during the drives, couldn’t have been better! We all loved it all and would highly recommend.

We spent 3 nights in Motswiri lodge. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. Everything is done to make your stay confortable and unforgettable. Special thank to Elliot, our ranger. he is very kind, professional, available and he really listens to the guests’ expectations. He really goes the extra miles to make the game drives an unforgettable experience. We spotted the leopard for our first time, thanks to his perseverance and tenacity to try to find it. All the family enjoyed it. The food is also very good thanks to a very good chef. We will definitely be back for another stay. Thank you Motswiri team.

Well run, friendly property owned by local community. Staff were wonderful, catering to every comfort and need. Guides, especially Ronnie were extremely knowledgeable regarding the wildlife, insects and plants.

The traditional setting, the crackling fire, and the delicious food made for an authentic and enjoyable evening. It offered a unique opportunity to connect with other guests and share stories while immersing ourselves in the rich African culture. The food and beverage offerings at Rhulani were exceptional.
