Located in an elegant residential district of Graz, just a 10-minute walk from the University of Graz, Hotel Villa Rückert was built around 1900 and is surrounded by a quiet garden. Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms. The location was very good, a fair walk to the city center but in a very pretty neighborhood. The staff was very friendly.

The family-run Hotel Alter Telegraf with a restaurant specializing in fried and grilled chicken is located at the foot of the Schloßberg hill, about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town of Graz. Everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fresh and plentiful, the room was spacious and quiet, the garden was lovely and cozy, and the location was excellent.

This is a well appointed and recently renovated apartment in a nice upper middle class neighborhood of Graz. It includes everything one could need for a longer term stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a new washer. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment has lots of windows so it gets plenty of natural light and overlooks the green courtyard of a nearby school. The building itself has a live-in superintendent and a common use garden for residents’ use. There are many trees and one wakes up to the sound of singing birds, which I really liked. Schlossberg and the Stadtpark are an easy stroll away and Graz Innerstadt with museums and restaurants is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the green area. It is very safe and beautiful in this part of Graz, which itself is a safe and peaceful place with many parks and an interesting culinary scene. Milena and Martin were both super kind hosts and always immediately available for any requests. I was in Graz for two months doing research at the university and loved my stay here!
