The forest jacuzzis are awesome. Everything is so clean. The room is very comfy, and well decorated. Also very clean. The breakfast has an enormous variety of food, and so tasty. The dinner is refined and tasty. The staff are very polite.

This 4-star hotel is situated on a lush, green slope among Velingrad’s surrounding hills. It features a luxury spa with hydrotherapy and ayurvedic treatments and a Finnish sauna. Very well maintained,clean property. We did not use the spa but used the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Outdoor pool is way to small and crowded even though ample outdoor space for bigger one. Food was good and well prepared with various vegetarian and meat dishes to choose from. Servers friendly and efficient all staff welcoming and very nice . We had very nice stay and when coming to Velingrad we will stay again. Thanks and keep up with the great work!

Very quiet, surrounded by pine forest and stunning view to the mountains. Close to town if you want to do some shopping, wonderful trendy small shops at Velingrad Main Street (10 min by car or taxi). Facilities are great, spa complex have physio as well. Water is great at 33 degrees in the pool, lovely for short break to recharge the batteries.

My family and I, we were in an apartment. It had two bedrooms and a living room. The rooms were big enough for all of us. It was nice and clean. The SPA center is not very big but new and very clean. The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious. We will visit the hotel again for sure.
