The waiters have a good sense of humor. We all really enjoyed it. The SPA is beyond praise: Warm baths in the forest, heated pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi and a large set of saunas. We will definitely come back!

This 4-star hotel is situated on a lush, green slope among Velingrad’s surrounding hills. It features a luxury spa with hydrotherapy and ayurvedic treatments and a Finnish sauna. Very well maintained,clean property. We did not use the spa but used the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Outdoor pool is way to small and crowded even though ample outdoor space for bigger one. Food was good and well prepared with various vegetarian and meat dishes to choose from. Servers friendly and efficient all staff welcoming and very nice . We had very nice stay and when coming to Velingrad we will stay again. Thanks and keep up with the great work!

Me encantó la amabilidad. Hotel muy familiar. No nos entendíamos en el idioma y aún así hicieron que nos sintiéramos muy a gusto. El desayuno fantástico y después el hombre del hotel nos señaló una piscina termal para que nos metiéramos y así lo hicimos. Las vistas espectaculares y la amabilidad de 10.
