Newly built in 2014, The Passage in Basel is a centrally located design hotel featuring a sauna, a fitness centre, free WiFi access and air-conditioned rooms. A fantastic small boutique hotel on edge of Basel old town. Easy to get to from airport or railway station. Reception staff, as with all the hotel staff, were hugely pleasant and welcoming. The room was faultless, modern, plenty of space, spotlessly clean. Absolutely top grade shower. Buffet breakfast was also top grade and once again the staff were so helpful, particularly the lady with spectacles. We travel extensively and It has been some time since we have stayed anywhere where we could find no fault whatsoever. The Passage is really one such very special hotel. We’d return in an instant!

Enjoying a quiet location in the heart of Basel, the Radisson Blu Basel Hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the central train station and features a great indoor pool. I liked the staff. The breakfast was excellent. The pool was clean. The hotel gave us really good vibes.

Set very close to banks of the River Rhine, this designer hostel is next to the old city gate of St. Alban. everything was sorted. Staff was professional and hospitality was good. Connectivity was the best part.
