I couldn’t handle the heat (I’m from colder places), the receptionist was so kind to give me ice cold water and made sure that I’m comfortable. He even prepared the room to get the temperature colder. The room was clean, staff were so sweet and I liked the place.

It was our anniversary and the hotel staff made it exceptionally nice! We got an upgrade to a suite, champagne and strawberries were waiting for us, room was beautiful. Location is fantastic, we had a nice evening walk to Old Town for dinner. Could not have been better!

In a tranquil location in Zurich’s Old Town, just 200 metres from the Bahnhofstrasse shopping street, this 5-star hotel occupies 9 adjacent, carefully renovated historic buildings decorated with works... Loved the location, which is easily walkable to the river and old town, with great shopping. The ambience of the hotel and room was wonderful. We had a drink at the bar, which is lovely. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. We would definitely stay again, and recommend this hotel to other travelers.
