The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and my room was very comfortable.

I rarely give 10 out of 10, but this stay in Santiago really exceeded my expectations. The hotel owners, Ramón and Oriana, are really doing everything they can to make their guest's stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, way beyond what they are obliged to do as an hotel accommodation providers. They helped me a lot to orientate myself in Santiago, woke up earlier when I needed to leave very early to make me a breakfast, offered additional helpful services free of charge (washing my clothes) and in general being really kind and attentive. If they continue with this attitude, I have no doubt their hotel business will be very successful. I hope I'll be back in Santiago soon and I already know where I'm staying the next time I visit :-)

Mempunyai tempat fitness lengkap, lounge bersama, serta bar, Hotel HW High Wellness berlokasi di pusat Santiago de Chile, 16 menit jalan kaki dari Museo de la Memoria Santiago. Kind enthusiastic staff. As any larger city care on the street is recomended as wel as the use of taxi or uber comming and going.The building is at corner. Arrival at calle libertad has internal parking of a commercial complex, but does not show hotel signs. Entrace at calle romero looks better but it closes after business hours. Suggest contacting desk for instructions. Reception on 3rd floor is a nice surprise and rooms on 4 and 5th floor nice and spacy. Restaurant with good dishes for reasonable prices (do not confoud with the very posh chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor). Management and staff really very eager serve well!
