Staff was super attentive and friendly in helping with taxis, booking tourist attraction tickets etc. Breakfast is really good also, good selection.

The staffs are friendly but just lack of not much staffs can speak English. But most of them try to help and give us a good serving. The breakfast is good, the facilities is the best in Chongqing. Clean fitness centre, And we can wash our dirt clothes by self service laundry. Plus shuttle service to thr airport. Thank you, We will stay there sgain in our future vidit yo Chongqing.

Simple, clean, with a hint of subtle class. Jessi Fang at the reception was exceptional; always available and proactive in helping out with inquiries and solutions. She saved us a trip downtown by helping us book our exit flights to Guangzhou at a great discount. She even helped book my wife’s onward flight to Berlin painstakingly and without fuss. Her colleague, Evan Song was also very helpful and kind with a smile. Breakfast (included in our booking) was pretty standard with a generous helping of fruit, cereal, baked goods and Chinese cuisine (didn’t have an issue with the choices because I enjoy Chinese food). Dinner at the restaurant was also affordable, and we were usually over-filled. The concierge and Aayi (didn’t catch their names) at the restaurant were also helpful. All together, we really enjoyed our stay here, and will repeat next time we’re in Chongqing.
