I love especially the beautiful view from my hotel room. The service staff Allen and Bryce are amazing; being helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Allen went the extra mile to accompany us to the bank of China as I needed to withdraw CNY. Both Allen and Bryce were patient and clear in giving us the directions to the places of attractions in the vicinity of the hotel. Bryce called for a cab and went out in the rain to direct the driver to the front of the hotel for us. Their services are indeed excellent and one couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for a wonderful time in Guilin.

Pleasantly surprised that Jolie Vue Boutique Hotel was clean and modern in literally the middle of the city right on the river and a block away from the pedestrian walking street. Hotel staff were kind and helpful. Agree that there’s no need to go into Elephant trunk hill park because you get a great view from the hotel rooftop eating breakfast. Exceeded our expectations!
