Coolest hotel. They had robots running around, Staff new english, rooms were beautiful and felt very new. Bathroom was neat, Window curtins were motorized which I loved. The room offered safty masks and flash lights which I thought was a nice touch. The whole vibe and lighting and style, was all lovely. The free toothbrush and magnet was the best! I really loved the magnet!!! Great price by the way.

In a prime location in the centre of Harbin, Harbin Joy Boutique Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The beds were comfortable and I was able to cool the room down, by opening the window! The hotel was close to all the sites I wanted to see in my 2 days here. They even worked it out with us to keep 1 room until 5pm, so we could have a place to rest before heading to the airport at 5pm, for a small fee.

I even got Smiley’s after I got delivered to the airport, texted to me. They were so happy to see me. They were so happy to help me they hang my clothes out on the line to dry I can’t even tell you how kind and good this place is and the people that run it me.
