The Ritz Carlton in Nanjing is a wonderful structure. The hotel is just amazing, and the staff extremely kind and attentive. Our room was at a high floor and the view we had on the city was stunning at night. The room itself was huge, with sophisticated furniture and decorations. Flair, the bar at 62nd floor is beautiful, with a wide selection of drinks and snacks, and the Chinese restaurant at 39th floor exceeded our expectations: wonderful atmosphere and amazing food. Altogether it was a memorable stay. We wish to be back soon!

Located in central Nanjing, just a 10-minute drive to Xuanwu Lake Park, this hotel offers modern rooms with free WiFi access and private parking. It also features an indoor swimming pool. All the staff was very helpful. The hotel give us a upgraded room. Next morning during breakfast, we feedback to a restaurant staff that the room is a bit small, the assist manager immediate arrange a new room for us. Staff was really helpful, i feedback new room not cool enough, they offer to change room, i didn't want to go thur the trouble again so i declined , they pass me a fan. I said room abit humid,they put a air humidifier.

They tried to help me when they saw me in the lobby. They called a taxi with their own app because I could not use China local calling taxi. Hotel room was simple and clean like business hotel style. So far good. Highly recommend!

I want to thank the staff especially Vincent for being extremely polite and welcoming. Hotel’s location is very convenient for sightseeing, the room is big enough with comfortable bed, breakfast are amazing.

Shangri-La Hotel Nanjing is located in the centre of vibrant Gulou District. Great displays, beautiful lighting, very clean, quiet comfortable and spacious rooms. Especially thankful to the security manager Mr Hu for taking us to the top floor to see the 360 degree view of the NanJing city, absolutely spectacular and memorable.

Only a 5-minute walk from Xuanwu Lake, Shu Guang International Hotel features comfy accommodation with free Wi-Fi. The handle of my window broke down while I was staying at the hotel. I went to the reception on the morning to let them know and they said it was not a problem and they would fix it. When I came back late afternoon, the handle had already been replaced. Really good service! Location is also really conveniant, 3 min walk from the metro with a nice view over the lake.

Very comfortable, quiet rooms. Great view. Even the cosmetics in the bathroom of the highest quality. Very tasty breakfast with wide selection of meals. Very clean. The best service.
