Pearl's interpersonal skills are truly remarkable. She has an innate ability to make guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step into the hotel. Her warm demeanor and attentive nature create an inviting atmosphere that guests often mention in their reviews. Pearl goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have a positive experience, whether it's assisting with check-in/check-out procedures, providing information about local attractions, or resolving any issues they may encounter during their stay. I would 100% come back to Wyndham Xiamen - it was an incredible experience. Staff were so lovely and helpful, despite language barriers they went above and beyond to help with whatever. The girl at reception was very attentive and made me feel welcome from the start. Dinner was very good too - and the room very spacious, clean and luxurious. Gym was decent too, and lovely views of the bridge. Area was quiet and felt safe.

The staff member, especially Li Hongying 李红英 was very welcoming and nice to us, even the language barrier didn’t stop us from having the nice chat during the breakfast. Thank you!

Dining was good. Very impressed with the Japanese Restaurant Everything else was good. Concierge. Check in. (although someone did jumped my queue) . Room was excellent. Taxi was abundance awaiting

Echarm Hotel Xiamen Airport Hi-tech Park features accommodation with free WiFi throughout the property in Xiamen, about a 20-minute drive from Dongdu Wharf. Free public parking is possible on site. The rooms were great, we got 2 family rooms. The beds were very comfortable and had 2 bathrooms which was perfect. There was a buffet breakfast downstairs which made things much more convenient. They also did our washing when it was left in the basket, free of charge! The hotel is also extremely close to the airport.
