Daniela was amazing! From when we arrived until we left. Daniela allowed us an Early check in with no additional cost. Melanie was extra helpful with making reservations for my birthday dinner. She recommended one of the best restaurants and made personal reservations. Honestly this has been one of the best stays in Cartagena. The staff is very helpful, polite and eager to help/please. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. All my instagram pictures have been amazing thanks to their modern chic decor! All of my followers have been asking me which hotel it is I am staying. Without a doubt, reserve your stay in palmas de alba boutique!!! I promise you you’ll have the best experience and when you arrive ask for Daniela, Melanie and Jorge!

Hotel Don Pedro De Heredia is situated in the historical city centre of Cartagena. It has an outdoor pool, and offers air-conditioned rooms with marble floors and flat-screen TVs. I love this place, amazing location in the Old town, great value for your money, lots of space in the rooms, comfy beds. The whole package. And the breakfast's amazing. Great view of the walled city from the rooftop.

It is perfectly located in the center of the City but in the most quiet area. The facility is cleaned and the staff is amazing. The AC was cold and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast included!

The location was amazing- right in the walled city. Very cute decor. Hotel was small, intimate and had a fantastic staff! Was very impressed at how quite the hotel is, given the location. Rooms were very comfortable.

I loved everything about this hotel! The location, the decor, the room, the comfy bed, the nicest staff, the cleanliness, the location I can’t say anything bad about Hotel at park. The staff were so polite and attentive, the location was perfect, the room was clean and beautiful. I even extended my stay, I didn’t want to leave .

Great Service and amazing breakfast. Cleanliness for me is the most important part in a hotel and Kartaxa was very clean. The location was perfect as well.
