Housed in a converted prison from 1837, this atmospheric hotel is found on Katajanokka Island in central Helsinki. Clean, decorative, and the food was very delicious 😋

Located by the waterfront of Katajanokka, Scandic Grand Marina is housed in 1920s Art Nouveau building and offers free WiFi, sauna, gym and a 24-hour on-site shop. I liked everything. The location was excellent. Nice area. Walking distance to the heart of the centre. The room was as expected. Ideal for me. Breakfast was exceptional (actually I booked it for the breakfast, compared to other hotels). I also enjoy living in historical buildings that have changed usage over the years (this one was used for storage in the harbor). There was some noise, due to construction works nearby, but this could happen in any place and has nothing to do with the hotel. I would definately book again. Compared to other central hotels in Helsinki, the price is low. Compared to othe European cities, the price is high. Thus, for Helsinki-center, it's good value for money.

The kitchen stuff is new and enough. The social areas are enjojable such as the roof,the terrace. Absolutely cost efficient. If I will come to Helsinki again, first I will check Noli :)

Located in Helsinki, this night cruise offers a variety of onboard dining and shopping options. Nice and clean room. A delicious meal for an affordable price.
