Very friendly service creating positive atmosphere from first step into hotel. Nice and cozy interior, walking distance to the beach, delicious breakfast that tastes like "at home". People are just amazing, first time I meet such a sincere and friendly team!

The room was very clean, the beds were really comfy, a nice balcony and a private bathroom. The hosts were the most friendliest. We arrived a bit before the checkin and needed to leave for rafting so they invited us to their home to freshen up and then took our luggages in our room when the cleaning was done. It was also my birthday and when we got to our rooms in the evening we found a nice bottle of wine and some sweets. Location also great, simply walking distance from the centre. This stay made our time in Croatia 10x better. 10/10 recommend

The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable but above all, Marco, the son, was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. His brother Stephan was kind and helpful too. A very good breakfast is included and there is a good option for dinner cooked by the mother in the restaurant hotel.

Rooms & Apartments Zelux ตั้งอยู่ในสปลิทของภูมิภาค Splitsko-Dalmatinska županija และสามารถไปหาด Plaža Stobreč Jug ซึ่งห่างกันไม่เกิน 200 ม. The host was very helpful and friendly. The location was ideal for quick trips to the beach and the local stores and restaurants were good. Even transportation to Split was quite cheap and effortless. The apartment was very clean and the AC in every room really elevated the experience. Can't honestly complain about anything. Great place to book for 4-6 people.

Located in the Stobreč district, about 7 km from the centre of Split and its UNESCO-protected Diocletian's Palace, Rooms Zvonimir offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. We booked the deluxe triple room and it was lovely. Our room was the perfect size for a family of 3, very clean, with comfortable beds and a big balcony with an amazing view of the sea! The staff was very kind and friendly! I definitely recommend this location for a peaceful stay in Split!l

The Apartment had great shades in the rooms so it was nice and dark to sleep. The kitchen is very well set up and the apartment is steps from the beach. Due to a family emergency we had to cut our holiday short and she allowed us to cancel.
