Matatagpuan sa Surabaya, 500 metro ang layo mula sa Sharp Bamboo Monument, ang Hotel Kampi Surabaya ay nag-aalok ng accommodation na may restaurant, libreng private parking, at fitness center. My review may be biased because the hotel went above and beyond to help us, more in a minute about that. The hotel is in a good location, close to a couple of malls (if that is your thing), and a good location to use as a jump off point for tours. They have a nice lobby to wait for your ride in. The hotel seems to handle a lot of tours and as such has a pretty complete menu to choose from. The restaurant is open early to late, has an expresso machine (!!!!) and seems to always be fully staffed. There are lots of plugs around the dinning room if you want to just go down and have a coffee and work. The room was clean, the shower had great water pressure and anything we needed they were very responsive to. Now, on our check out day, there was a big parade that closed down all the streets in the area and our taxi couldn’t make it to the hotel!!! The staff immediately recognized the situation and had two staff use their personal scooters to ferry us (and our luggage!) out of the area and meet the taxi (who they talked to and coordinated our pickup!). They saved us making our flight. Kudos to that staff.

The location was great because it was near the mall. Super convenient and the mini bar inside the hotel had great service.

Breakfast was good and featuring plentiful of local dishes. The restaurants are exceptionally good, both staff and food.

Plus, they also have sauna and jacuzzi there. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Surabaya!
