We felt so welcome, respected and cared for! The grandeur and the tempu duluh feel. Just such amazing rooms. Professionally run. True hospitality. We were sad to leave. Like, can't we stay here forever, our new home!

I had the pleasure of a five-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza, from August 19th to August 24th, 2023, with my wife and parents.
