Ideally located 500 metres from MG Road, Conrad Bengaluru is located in the heart of the central business district. They made us wait in the reception for an hour or two. That’s not fair. They extended check out timings however my access card didnt work post 12pm next day. And the next receptionist spoke to me like why im i checking out late . Communication gap between receptionists. Hope it gets better.

Mainly Miss Safia respected me while taking into room, explaining all the facilities usage, really amazing experience as I didn’t get so far in many business trips in other countries.
