I checked in late and to my surprise I got an upgrade. It was a wonderful gesture from the staff. The room was wonderful and I hate a very pleasant stay.

Ideally located 500 metres from MG Road, Conrad Bengaluru is located in the heart of the central business district. This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. We really liked the fact that the staff recognized and pampered us, upgrading our room to a higher floor and giving us access to their executive lounge (kudos to Utsavi at the check-in desk for that). Ram makes some delicious cocktails during the cocktail hour at the lounge with Bipanshi and Simran serving as a great hosts. Praveen Singh is an excellent waiter at the buffet breakfast, very friendly. Thanks to Samir, Sonali and Triashia as well. We really liked and appreciated the warm welcome we received whenever we came back to the hotel after a long day.

The modern lifestyle 5 star hotel, Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore is located in the heart of Bangalore, also known as India's Silicon Valley overlooking Ulsoor Lake and the cityscape. Staff courtesy and behavior. Mainly Miss Safia respected me while taking into room, explaining all the facilities usage, really amazing experience as I didn’t get so far in many business trips in other countries. Thank you so much all of staff members from entry gate till I checked out.
