Their staff is very friendly and they have elevator as well (I had senior citizens with me). Their roof top restaurant is beautiful and they also give dine in room facility. The food (separate bill) is very tasty. They have a separate room for breakfast and it had multiple options and all were tasty. They also prepared fresh tea (I wanted sugar free as my mom is diabetic) and staff was courteous and ready to help more. The hotel location makes it quite safe to travel even during late evening or early morning. I strongly recommend this place.
