Best hospitality services provided by the reception team, and the cleaning services is one of the best i have ever known. Would like to thanks the hotel Manager Mr. Mike who really supported us. Situated in central Beirut in the lively Hamra Street, Serenada Golden Palace Hotel offers modern rooms with satellite TV. Its rooftop pool features scenic views of the city. The staff was super helpful and service minded. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was lovely. The breakfast could have had more fruit and vegetables but other than that, the stay was great and so was the location! Would definitely stay again!
