I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Milam in Tulum, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. This hidden gem offers an unparalleled experience that seamlessly blends luxury, nature, and tranquility. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by warm and attentive staff members who made me feel like a valued guest. The check-in process was swift, and the personalized service set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The rooms are tastefully decorated, featuring a harmonious mix of contemporary design and local influences. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the carefully chosen furnishings to the thoughtfully curated artwork. The on-site restaurant showcased a diverse menu featuring local flavors and international cuisine. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The attentive waitstaff and inviting ambiance added to the overall dining experience. A big shoutout to Mara!!!! She´s the most helpfull concierge I´ve seen in Tulum. I can't wait to go back!

One of the best hotel I’ve been to, decoration is chosen with lot of taste, atmosphere is really chill, staff is so friendly and helpful, it’s a refreshing oasis in the middle of the city of Tulum, breakfast are delicious, they have a pizza service, also really tasty! The pool is beautiful, and they even have a kitchen to cook your own food! Perfect, nothing to say, our stay was one of the best we had in Mexico !

It's such a lively place to stay. Nice rooms, hammocks, pool and sunbeds. Very quiet, cozy, overall I would stay there again. U need scooter, car or taxi to get to the Centre or beaches though.

Offering a rooftop solarium,Azura Boutique Hotel is located in the heart of Tulum where you can find restaurants and shops, and just a 15-minute bike ride from the tropical beach. great property, especially if you have a car to drive around. easy parking, we were able to drive to different beaches each day and explore. also close to the Main Street of Tulum to walk around shops and restaurants. Plenty of purified water is included, which is a major bonus. very clean and nice design of the units.
