We landed at midnight and we were able to arrange a late checkin. The unit was really clean, bed was so comfortable, Netflix to chill out at night, had all the necessary amenities and great service. Daily house keeping was excellent, she was thorough and showed great attention to detail. Laundry facilities were useful. Location was great, central to everything. Would definitely stay again. We stay here every time we travel to Christchurch as it suits our needs of wanting a two bedroom unit with small kitchenette, We stayed before and on return, of a trip overseas, when arriving on our return from overseas we arrived in the middle of the night, the host was excellent informing us of where the keys would be left for us, a light was left on and heater turned on to make the unit warm and cozy on our arrival which we really appreciated.
